Take the elevator at the end of the rocky tunnel to Subway Town. Talk to Saul here and you'll have a new garage to park in and explore the Eastern Wasteland. Subway Town may seem confusing at first, but the only places you need to know for know are on the top floor. You can return to your car AND the Resistance headquarters in the garage. Talk to the Mayor to get the Foreman Jones Job. You can pick up the Blake Bobblehead on the Mayor's desk.
