I guess it is another blaziken then But I do think that taking natural damage from ZH is a huge difference tho. And double resisting the type that the fighting type normally resist Lucarios steel typing can be a decent advantage especially when going vs dazzling gleams and zen headbutts. Otherwise in stats its gonna fall behind Machamp especially in bulk.

Personally I am looking forward to Gallade, its psychic typing can be useful maybe , and having similar stats to Machamp. Simple answer probably: Lucario can not learn Dynamic Punch. Without a move rebalance, its DPS will fall way behind Machamp's and Hariyama's, so even if it ends up being a bit tankier against normal-types, people will prefer their already developed Machamp armies that do the job faster.
