Yes they should have charged you. So I asked "Jenn" if she could cancel our order. She responded within a few minutes and said she's sorry for any inconvenience but once an order is "in progress" there is no canceling it. But that I could return it once I receive it. So I find it in bad taste to sell something online without letting it be known it's not in stock in the first place.

As far as the storefront goes, do not trust the employees. They probably get an incentive so of course the fee is left in the fine print.
